Owners Justin and his wife Katie are natives of Discovery Bay. For the last several years Justin managed a Pilates studio and now opened a new studio in their hometown. Located on the water at the Discovery Bay Marina it provides a unique experience for our community to exercise with beautiful views.

In a delightful twist of fate, Justin and Katie, Pilates enthusiasts and former studio managers from the vibrant city of Reno, returned to their roots in Discovery Bay in 2024, where they embarked on an exciting new adventure. With a vision to blend fitness and tranquility, they established a charming Pilates studio nestled by the serene marina, inviting clients to stretch, strengthen, and rejuvenate while soaking in the breathtaking vistas of the glistening waters and the majestic Mt. Diablo.
